These terms cover your use of the Trylo app. By installing or using Trylo you agree to them. If you do not, please delete the app.

What Trylo does

Trylo takes what you dictate or type and turns it into events, tasks and reminders in your own calendar. It interprets what you said, which means it can occasionally get a time, a date or a title wrong. Trylo shows you what it understood before saving, and checking that is your responsibility. Do not rely on Trylo alone for anything where a missed or misread appointment would cause real harm.

Subscriptions

All payments are handled by Apple, not by us. We never see your card. Refunds are Apple's to give and are requested at reportaproblem.apple.com.

What you may not do

Your content

What you dictate and the events Trylo creates are yours. We claim no ownership of them and do not use them to train anything. How they are handled is set out in the Privacy Policy.

Availability

Trylo relies on services we do not control, including third-party speech-to-text and language models. It needs an internet connection to interpret what you say. We do not promise it will always be available, and features may change or be withdrawn as the app develops.

No warranty, and limits on liability

Trylo is provided as it is, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for anything arising from a missed, late or misinterpreted event. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to what you paid for Trylo in the twelve months before the claim.

Nothing here removes rights you have as a consumer that cannot be waived under the law where you live.

Changes

These terms may change as the app does. The date at the top changes with them, and continuing to use Trylo after that means the new terms apply.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Israel, and the courts of Tel Aviv have jurisdiction, except where the law where you live requires otherwise.
